Courtney Amo offers a limited number of coaching sessions to private clients. With over 20 years of Yoga teaching, public sector leadership, and facilitation experience, Courtney helps her clients approach work, life, and well-being from an embodied perspective.

There are three options depending on your goals:

Yoga Lifestyle Coaching is a way to apply Yoga principles and practices more concretely in your day-to-day life to achieve your personal and professional goals. Courtney completed Akhanda Yoga Life Coaching Training in 2018 with somatic psychotherapist, Yoga Life Coach and senior Yoga Teacher Trainer Robin Campbell. She has since expanded on this training through further research and practice to develop a high-level framework containing eight elements that support mind-body connection, balance, and integration.

Designing your Life Coaching applies a human-centred, design thinking approach to designing a life and a work life you love. It can help you overcome blockages and barriers to your success. Holistic Wellbeing Coaching is a more tailored coaching approach to the specific needs of each client. By supporting overall wellbeing in mind and body, you can focus your energy more effectively and achieve your goals in work and in life. Courtney became a certified Holobody coach in 2023.
